Many of our pieces require extra care in transit. Some items can ship like a standard package, but many of our furniture and larger decor or lighting ship with upgraded delivery services to protect your purchase and ensure it arrives safely. That’s why shipping costs can be higher than typical porch drop off shipping.

Why Shipping Costs Vary

Shipping is calculated based on an item’s size, weight, fragility, and delivery service level. Higher costs usually reflect:

  • Specialized carriers for large or delicate items
  • Appointment scheduling and delivery windows
  • Extra handling to reduce damage risk
  • Inside delivery or white glove service, when offered

Delivery Options

Available delivery options vary by item and will be shown on the product page and during checkout. Common options include:

Small Parcel Delivery

Smaller items typically ship via standard carriers such as FedEx or UPS.

  • Tracking provided when shipped
  • Signature not usually required unless noted
  • Packages may be left at the door if the area is considered secure.
    Please note: Small parcel deliveries are not brought inside the home.

Large Item Delivery

Large items ship with specialized delivery teams and may require appointment scheduling.
Typical steps:

  1. You choose a delivery option at checkout
  2. We send a shipping confirmation when the item is on the way
  3. The item is transferred to a local delivery team
  4. The team contacts you to schedule a delivery window
  5. You receive and inspect your item

Large Item Delivery Methods

Your checkout will show what’s available for your item.

  • Outside Front Door Delivery: Left at your porch, front door, or garage area when safe.
  • Inside Home Entrance Delivery: Placed just inside your main entry.
  • Room of Choice Delivery: Delivered to the room you select.
  • White Glove Delivery: Room placement plus assembly and packaging removal when included.

Assembly, packaging removal, and service details are included only when stated at checkout. Delivery teams do not provide electrical work, plumbing installation, wall mounting, or services requiring power tools.

 

Shipping Updates and Changes

You’ll receive shipping and tracking updates by email. If you need to adjust delivery details, changes may be possible before your order ships. Once in transit, options may be limited depending on the carrier and delivery type.

Frequently Asked Questions

No, we do not remove or haul away old items. Customers are responsible for disposing of any existing furniture.

Yes. Items are not delivered in boxes — they are wrapped in protective plastic and blankets, which our delivery team will remove and take with them.

We do our best to work around your schedule within reason. Our team will ask about your availability (typically within the next two weeks) and coordinate a delivery window that works for both parties.

You will be contacted directly by Leslie Anne when your delivery is scheduled and on the way.

No. There are no selectable delivery options at checkout (such as “outside front door” or “inside home”). You’ll simply check the box for “Ship to a different address?” and enter the delivery information.

We can often accommodate these requests, but it depends on the location and circumstances. Please note that we do not always deliver to second-floor locations.

Not always. Second-floor deliveries are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and cannot be guaranteed.

All items ship via UPS. Shipping costs are based on box size, weight, and insurance. Insurance is automatically added for any shipment valued over $100.
